It's getting to the point where there's "too much smoke for there not to be a fire" meaning, there's too much evidense of the structure found on Ararat to not be Noah's Ark. The CIA has done some investigation on that, and it's also pretty conclusive that they're leaving something out from the public. You can check out the story about the CIA's "Ararat Anomaly" In the online book "in the beginning" at www.cretionscience.com

By the way. It was mentioned above that Noah's ark would have to be huge. That's true, but that's before microevolution happened. That's from One type of animal to many different breeds. (Like from a ordinary Dog, to all these different breeds) There were many less animals. As for the really big one's, it probebly wasn't fully grown elephants. Smaller, baby animals could have boarded the boat as well. After all, the boat would fill an entire football stadium.

It most definately has not been found on Mount Ararat, or anywhere else for that matter.

Even the world's largest creationist group, 'Answers in Genesis', do not believe that it has been found.

Also remember that the Bible says Noah and his mob travelled west to arrive at the Plains of Shinar - i.e. the rough location of Babylon. If the Ark came to rest in the Ararat region, it would mean that they would have had to travel south to arrive at the Plains of Shinar, as Ararat is to the north.

It was found quite a while ago in the area of Ararat, in the same mountain range as the mountain which is called Ararat. It is in Turkey.
I remember watching a doc movie on it back in the 1970's and then their was a long media black out on it, and it is only now coming into the media again.

There was no such thing, so it cannot be found. There is no geological evidence of a world flood; there is not enough water to submerge all land; the 300 cubit (450 feet) long Ark couldn't hold examples of the 3,000,000+ species of animals; Noah couldn't build or load such a ship without a big army; a ship made all of wood as described would fall apart in the sea; etc. The Bible copies many tales from other lands. In Sumeria, there was a tale of Utnapishtam surviving a world flood, and Hebrews copied it. There were many floods on the Euphrates River, and someone exaggerated one or more of them.

It's not on mount ararat. It's actually been found in the mountains of ararat( in the mountain ranges rather than on the specific mountain) Just like the bible says.

it could've been any number of pieces of wood.

If I had some scientific proof in front me, I could verify the results myself.
