error: application was unable to contact the sanDisk content server. Please check your internet connection to make sure a firewall or proxy is not preventing the device frome connecting to the content server. I have cable internet and turned off my firewall and it still did not work. Anyone know what I should or can do ?

still have not been able to fix the problem. I even went to the product website and there were no answers there either. I really did not want to go back to using abillion floppy disks to save my work at school.

check out http://www.komando.com I had the same problem with my old windows 98 .I forget what I did to solve the problem
