The most effective stress remover is a prescription, because I have a great amount of stress which is also called anxiety and I have been on a prescription for a few years. You can always think of something that would be more happy to you, that would get rid of the stress. Talk to a counselor or a friend.

I would love to say sex if it was true but unfortunately you really need to be relaxed to properly enjoy the essence of sex as a woman. Physical exercise has frequently proved to be one of the best stress relievers know. It lowers Blood pressure and releases endorphins which are the bodies own Opiates or morphine like substances that were designed to improve your whole outlook on life.

Meditation and Happy Thoughts.
I am a Manager and with my experience I found that Happy thoughts are the best kind of stress remover.

Just close your eyes and start thinking about some of the most finest moments in life... (can be any thing....)

exercise of your choice...

a well balanced diet with a diary just in case of what you eat and how you feel after eating it.. (in case some foods make you tense so you'll know to avoid them just in case food may be one of the elements causing you to be stressed out and uncomfortable)

yoga, meditation...

a hot bath with candles...

sitting down with some chocolate or popcorn before a movie or two, three or four that you love to watch.

a foot massage!

ah a neck rub....

a back scratching or a head scratching... that always feels great and calms me.

:D

drinking more water during the day....

having some green tea every so often... ( in case toxins are making you edgy also)

laying in a hammock with a nice drink, watching the sun set.

shopping? :D

taking a drive on a country road with the top down or the windows down listening to soothing music.. while sipping a soda or a milkshake? (whatever you like)

visiting some friends who are comfortable to be with.

things like that.

OH along with maybe seeing a doctor too just in case the stress is also making you sick and the sickness is causing tension also such as hypertension, high cholesterol, lack of minerals in the blood or something else like hormones or the liver producing too many lipids.. so on.

always good to know just in case healthwise too.

more greens and veggies, fruits and exercise too will help you cope and break down things in the system that make one tense.

and of course the food, seeing what you eat if that makes you more edgy also as i mentioned earlier.

:D

Regular sexersize. No, that and putting your relationships in check. Alot of stress comes from waiting around for people in your life to make you happy. Take charge of your life!!! Good luck
