Take care.

I'm glad to hear she has found a safe place for the kittens and is being a good mother to them.

I would worry too about the weather getting colder. How can you help them stay warm? Straw is a good insulator so you can put soft bedding on top of a thick pad of that. I found a large bed pad at the pet store for my 22 yr old cat. It has something inside which is supposed to reflect the body heat of the cat back to the cat so I am hoping it will help her stay warmer this winter. She really likes the warmth of the sun and will miss lying in it and on the warm boards of the deck. Even though she is in the house it is cold on winter nights.
