I thought a nice creamy/gold color. I guess it depends on the furniture and interior decorations your going to add. Plus the lighting as well. I think burgandy would be to overwhelming with the dark forest green. If you can, I would add a mirror opposite the wall of the second color so it mimics on the dark green wall. I would apply a textured paint, or sponge effect on the second color. Have fun.

Nowadays, anything goes.
I would base it off of the rest of the furniture/tapestries.capeting in your rooms.
The gold/yellow would make a blazing accent, while cream would add a more Victorian look. A lighter mauve/pink would compliment the green as well, but it may be too...."girly".
Orange is also a good fit. It would add flavor to the room, and you could accent it further with orange vases, art, or flowers.
I wouldn't do Burgundy with dark green. An accent wall should compliment or accent the color. A gold would accent, a cream would compliment it. But no to Burgundy. Two darks do not look good together like that.

If you have a dark forest green and paint another wall burgundy the whole room will be rather dark. I would go with the cream and bring the burgundy in with fabrics for drapes, pillows, etc. if you make it a masculine pattern such as geometrics, sometimes you can get the forest, burgundy, and cream in one fabric and then make solid accents as well. Also making abstract art in those colors and framing it can be another way of creating interest for your walls and breaking up a long stretch of dark paint.

Actually, I would suggest a no-no for using any darker colour tones as the main colour in a room. But since you already have,I would strongly suggest a brighter and lighter tone to offset the mood.
Best choice would be the neutral White. It goes well with any colour. Try not to use emulsion, cos it will turn yellow through time,if the quality is not right.
A room's colour actually set the mood of the people staying within, logically and according to fengshui (if you believe the latter that is). If things start taking a turn, like more dispute and you start getting moody over small things, quickly change the colours.
All the best!

I would choose a soft sand color for the walls then use the forest green and another of your favorite colors, like blue for a serene look, apricot or terracota for a warm, cozy look. "Arabian Nights" by Behr is a great color paint that will look great with about any color combination. Keep your walls and carpet neutral then you can change accessories (candles, flowers, throws, pillows, etc) according to the season or your mood.

Actually burgundy would be nice, if a bit dark. A light tan also looks nice with forest green. Not sure about the creamy gold color.

I painted my living room and dining room a medium brown and it turned out a little darker that I had planned. So what we did was we painted one wall a lighter shade of the same color. We also painted the hall walls coming off of the living room, a lighter shade too. It really brightened everything up and we love it.

I definietly would not use burgandy as an accent wall if it's already dark green...very "christmasy". I think the cream would be a better choice and you can always use red/burgandy/maroon decorative items in the room as well to set the look off too.

Our master bathroom is all dark emerald green and dark purple. I think the burgundy and green would make a nice rich, warm combo. gold accents would enhance it!
Our bedroom sheets comforter & shams are floral/striped burgundy, navy blue and forest green.

Cream. Burgundy is only going to make the room look darker.
If you want more of an elegant room I would do more of a gold/cream color.
