i have known him for 10 months through an interview i did for him with my zine. After that we have talked online, he IMs me once in a while and because I have a class with him now he IMs me more than he used to. However we do not talk in real life. In class he talks to EVERYONE but me. he sees me in the halls and looks down and .. i think smiles.. it feels like he likes me.. but if he did i think he'd do something.. to show it. and its hard to imagine hed like me anyways...
I talked with him yesterday online about meeting up and studying for the class because we have a test coming up and he needs help. He says sure.. then says why dont we study on the phone or something.. he has practice i think so it cant be afterschool. he gives me his number and leaves. but Im not sure.. what should i do tommorow when i see him? talk to him? should i bring up the studying?

no leave it up to him now I would also leave the im up to him and the emails. Don't let you self be good enough when no one else is around and just in email where no one else knows . If he doesn't think enough of you to talk to you in class or school as well then don't set your self up for disapointment. That is cruelty he is showing so remember that.

Well, I would go up to him at school and bring up the study session to see how he reacts. I can't imagine why he wouldn't talk to you when he's talking to everyone else unless he senses that you like him and he's scared.

Sounds like he was just trying to be a normal, friendly guy and you decided it "meant something." It doesn't. He doesn't seem too eager to be with you on a on-on-one basis, and doesn't seem to want to be alone with you. It kind of sounds like you're chasing him, and he's just trying to be polite.
Let it go. Be polite and normal, but stop chasing him. If he's interested he'll let you know.

Walk up to him and talk to him during school and see what his reaction is. If he's cool ask him to the mall or movies or something. If not then you are better off without him.
