Guilt? Were you raised by vegetarians or vegans? Have you been listening to vegans lately? It's normal for some people to not feel so good physically after eating meat - some people tend to overdo it.
You could just be paranoid. Most vegans/vegetarians take on that diet because they 'love animals'. Some do it for health purposes.
Exactly what do you feel after eating meat?

I'd feel worse if I didn't have some meat with every meal. Humans are omnivores, not herbivores or carnivores. That means their natural diet has both meat and plants. We are not equipped to get full nutrition from vegetables. None of them have all of the amino acids we need to utilize protein. Some nuts who advocate vegetarian diets don't consider that. One can get complete protein by eating grains and legumes together, e.g. corn with beans, but it's too much bother to plan every meal like that , and it's unnecessary. There's no sensible reason not to eat meat, so why complicate your life for nothing?

Not at all. The purpose in life for a cow or chicken is to be killed and eaten. If there were cows or chickens in the wild, they wouldn't die in their sleep of old age they would be killed and eaten by a predator. That is the way of things.

I also believe that plants have feelings, so I think it's just as "cruel" to kill and eat veggies. Maybe worse; at least we kill the animals before we eat them, but I think that raw carrot you're munching on is still alive (after all, if you stick it in the ground it will probably grow).

Not at all, humans have been eating meat for millions of years. I love a good steak and/or chicken meal and have no guilt feelings whatsoever...They're only animals..not pets..

Yeah I guess ure abit paranoid, tho I wouldnt blame you....Still, we have to eat somethin 2survive right? And even if ure vegetarian, doesnt tht count as devouring a living organism?

I am an animal lover and I feel that way, too. At times I have been a vegan, but I don't stay vegan for long.

No, you are not paranoid; just a sensitive, caring person.

Take care.

Give me a big fat cow and some hot sauce and its all good! A side of taters, some corn and maybe a little cornbread! Heck wash it all down with a bottle or three of Corona.
