I'd call it Love
Truth #1 You can love God
#2 you can love yourself
#3 you can love others
#4 and life
#5 and nature
without any inconsistencies
We would have a fully Holy and acceptable version of our scriptures in every language, but these would be purely optional because the real basis of the faith would be love.

Catholic Christianity.

It's 5 Truths:

1. There Is Only 1 God: The Father, Son(Jesus Christ), & Holy Spirit.

2. Christ Is Literally Present In the Holy Eucharist.

3. Christ's Blessed Mother is Our Blessed Mother, too.

4. Christ's Passion, Death & Resurrection Saves us from Eternal Damnation.

5. Christ Founded the Church when He Chose St. Peter as His Rock.

The name, Catholic Christianity implies these 5 Truths, because the word 'Catholic' means 'Universal,' & 'Christianity' means following Christ.

I would call my religion:Theee ONE
What five truths would the name imply?
(1) Certainty: Theee ONE is the only right religion.
(2) Motherfuckin' Certainty:Theee ONE is the one and only right religion.
(3) Exclusivity: If you think you're religion is right, then you're wrong simply because you're religion isn't Theee ONE.
(4) Popularity: The God of Theee ONE is the hippest, coolest God of all. If you don't believe me, I hope you burn in hell.
(5) Compassion: I'm praying for you, but I hope that you go to hell.
