in order for someone to be killed with a gun...the gun needs to be in the hand of another person....

I would say more people are killed by thier own hands (more than a thousand a day) if the hand contains a cigarette. Gun violence is a popular media trip, but is really, really low in comparison to normal deaths, such as by poor diet, drinking, smoking, or driving a car.

Guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Guns are jest a tool people use to kill people, if some one were to get rid of all the guns people would find another way to kill each other.

I would say people. People use the guns to fight wars, as well as in domestic violence, gang initiations, crimes, etc. Also you can factor in a new way that people kill people: unprotected sex and the AIDs epidemic; that's global.

people ,people and only people kill as guns are in their hands.if not weapon than something else that is destructive.even the calamities are caused by people.can we do anything about this?
