I think if I answer this question, I am giving an opinion, therefore I am one. Right?
I think your question is going to have a variety of answers because it depends on the situation. There are good opinions that everyone loves to hear, and there are bad opinions that we all dread but sometimes need to hear....even if we don't ask for them. People who just give their opinions at will, without being asked, aren't truly giving their opinion...they are judging. Now those who give their opinions...even honest opinions, when they ARE asked are usually pretty good people.

I am like most. I do not fail in telling my opinion on things.
I do however present it in a respectful manner. Should there be some who differ from my opinion, I respect that.
We are a country of free speech so we use this opportunity to express our views and opinions.

Opinionated is fine, but they should be able to back up their opinions and they should also be willing to consider the opinions of others in an open-minded fashion...
...and of course it always helps if their opinion is the same as mine ;)

it depends on if their opinion is valid, and if they can understand the point of view of their opposers as well. if you cant understand the opposing party, then you will just seem ignorant.
