Well since you are applying for colloege u might talk about some of the things you had to sacrifice in school in order to get good grades and prove that u are dedicated to totally applying yourself to your education. Any jobs that you might have done that taught you responsibility, dependability etc. depending are what you are going to college for is there a personal experience that helped make your decision. Just write down whatever comes to your mind, don't stop if you do you will not be able to start againg keep on writing, it doesn't even have to be about the subject that you are brainstorming for. that's what my teacher though me.
