uh how can biking affect ur stomach..it doesnt..it only tones ur legs. if u want to trim your stomach try situps and stuff like that that requires you to use those muscles

Do crunches. Sit ups and leg lifts.Burning calories will not work those areas alone. You have to focus in on that area by working those muscles.

jogging is much harder. Swimming is better. Do it for long periods of time in stages. Stay hydrated. Make sure there is msucle under your fat or else when your fat goes away, you'll look anorexic
