2 Corinthians 2:15-16....and yes
...it's the 2 ways people will take the Word when it's preached to them. For believers the Word is glorious and brings eternal life...to unbelievers the Word is an offense and brings eternal death.

You left out a couple of words, maybe it's just the translation you used.
2 Corinthians 2:15 For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing, 16 to one a fragrance from death to death, to the other a fragrance from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things?
Why do you ask? Are you having trouble understanding the passage? If so then either provide some more details or write to me and I'll help you to understand what it means. Or you can download the e-Sword software from the Free Stuff page at http://web.express56.com/~bromar/ along with some of the commentaries and see what Biblical scholars have to say about this passage.

Just shows you can write some gibberish and get it passed off as scriptures or book. God knows how many such verses were added through the ages

2 Corinthians 2:15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
16 To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
Yes, it is true.
Paul's message applies this verse concerning the ministry of the Gospel to the saved, and also to the unsaved.

With Jesus - God is pleased with us (sweet smelling to him - figure of speech kind of). Without Jesus, we choose death and an eternity separated from God in a place called Hell. Just the facts.

Sorry, this isn't ringing a bell. What book, chaper, and verse? Or is it from some other book like the Koran or the Mormon Bible?

2 Timothy 3:16
Everything in the Scriptures is God's Word. All of it is useful for teaching and helping people and for correcting them and showing them how to live.
