Probably not. Especially if you are exercising during your weight loss. This will help to tone those areas and the skin will be less likely to sag. Your age and genetics will also play a role.

That depends on how much you weigh at the moment. If you are say 400 pounds a 37 pound weight loss would be nonnoticeable to both the naked eye, your body and the presence of more flabby skin. On a person that is 140 say that is a much larger percentage of weight loss.
But with a 37 pound weight loss you should not have any loose flabby skin. You might have some depending on body type(ie if you are short and aren't overly obese before the weight loss).

I have gained and lost this amount more than once. The gains were quick, the losses much slower. No extra hanging skin. I went from 180 to 140, in my 30s, in 4 months. And from 270 to 230, in my 40s over a period of 8 months.
Don't ask for my weight loss secret, you can not duplicate it (nor would you want to), I am bipolar, the meds or depression make me gain weight, mania takes it off.

This is a concerned answer, not flip, for sure. The most important thing is exercise and slow loss. Any weight loss is all over, to be sure, and that is why the exercise is so important. Now, if you have a loss of 150-200 pounds, yes you will need surgical intervention. And a big congratulations to you!!!

Yeah, happens to me sometimes, too. One time I asked if there grew to become into something i'd desire to do approximately an elderly neighbor that gave the impression to be dropping hair, like if she necessary extra supplementations or something, and a few jerk made some style of remark like it grew to become right into a stupid question! Then as quickly as I asked a query like this, some people say, oh loosen up, you have 'x' quantity of things, blah blah blah... I say that is no longer suitable how many factors someone has or something, if that is an truthful question, the two attempt to respond to, or pass away it on my own.

It really depends on the %. If you go from 137 to 100 you'll need lots of exercise, but if you're dropping from 200 to 165 it won't take a lot to firm up again.

Not if you lose it gradually, and exercise at the same time. Also, according to Weight Watchers it is important to drink milk when you lose weight, as it helps tighten your skin. Best wishes.

it all depends on where your weight is lost from and how long it took to lose it. 1 month, then, yes, if over a longer period of time, then no. But over all it depends on your skin and how elastic it is. Keep it healthy, water and loation. Good Luck!
