I lost about 68 pounds in a total of 2 years, I was doing good. Now I have gained back 6 pounds and its not muscle. Does anyone have any tips so that I can get back on track?......I could really use some help...thanks

eat healthy
exercise an hour a day
stop eating when you are truly full
dont starve yourself
drink a lot of water instead of soft drinks
if ur going to the drug store around the corner, walk, dont drive

Walking 30 mins a day should help you keep that extra weight from coming back and drink plenty of water. A friend of mine swears by this and it is the best, cheapest form of exercise.

workout and use weights, cut your carbs, and watch what you eat. Also great job on the weight loss
