i dont think"cure " is available, but there are many ways to treat it. Proper nutrition, cremes, prescription drugs are all available from your doctor. A friend of mine has severe diabetes and has to inject his thingy with some stuff for each occasion, but no matter how severe the impotency , there's hope.
My smart allecky answer would be "a pint of whisket and a couple of hot hookers should do the trick!"
