I seriously doubt it. One can check on intra-state reciprocity at Packing.org

What I am finding is that New York does not honor permits from any other state.

You need to contact NYPD and the NY State Police.

If you are flying, you aint getting it on board.

If you are driving, you need to contact each state you drive thru and inform them you are bringing a firearm into their state.

You will need to fax your permits, etc to the respective states.
