The British advised the rest of the world against doing it, knowing full well what trouble it would cause, but we went ahead and did it anyway, that is, the introduction of a Jewish State in Palestine after WWII. That decision, probably done on purpose to fulfill the prophesies, has been the cause of more strife, for all of us, but especially for those that live in the area, that it is no wonder that Arabs utter such remarks. Unfortunately, that way of thinking will never lead to a viable solution for anyone. It is time we all transcend the old visions and come to a new reality where "all God's children" really means all, not just mine. Hopefully sometime soon the Iranian President, and the US President, will be speaking about what brings us together, not what drives us apart.

If it's fair to say the "zionists" took over land that doesn't belong to them, then isn't it fair to bring up how the Muslims stole the land from the jews long long ago? Whether you're religious or not it's a fact that the jews were there first. Muslims have no right to Israel. Just because they've been squatting on land that has no real religious significance to them, doesn't mean they own it. Israel is where Moses took the Hebrews, that's ancient history, Muhammad on the other hand never even mentioned Jeruselem in the Qu'ran nor has he ever set foot in it. So Israel was stolen from the jews, and the jews stole it back. Arabs have attacked Israel and have always failed, and when they say they are victorious they're refering to not being wiped out like Hezbollah. Hezbollah is happy they were able to successfully blend in with the civilians, literally using them as human sheilds, and what's even more pathetic is a lare sum of the Lebanese and Muslim word is also proud of this.
Getting back to the topic about that peice of **** president. He's a true Muslim, and he is doing what he is obligated to do as a Muslim, and that includes war with anyone who objects to democracy, and the right to free speech. Israel and the West is part of the free thinking countries, but since Israel is full of Jews that replaced a bunch of Muslims it really pisses him off. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. You Muslims lost against the Jews, just take it, and move on, you don't to keep failing at taking the one jewish state off the map, because it just won't happen.

The state of Isreal is 'Poison in the eyes' of the nations of Islam. It is an illegal state in their eyes because the Jews 'stole' it from the local palestinians. The Jews also want to take over Jerusalem for themselves and rebuild the Temple on the site of the Dome of the Rock which is a holy site to muslims. I'm not saying that I agree with any of this ....just the facts.

I think after WWII the UN gave the jews that piece of land because of all the suffering they had during the war. of course i guess they didn't consult with the palestine people if they minded giving part of their lands to them. since all the countries around are muslim and israel is mostly a jewish country no wonder why israel is not appreciated by them

because, after WW2, a certain country shoved a lot of jew their and told the people that was there already that it was now the jews land, and to get out. and the people that were there before would like it back.

Because Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is gay. BTW Anaxerette you say about Israel killing people but you don't care that women get stoned to death for committing adultery in Iran? It's even in Iran's constitution to not use big stones in case they get killed straight away. Basically stating that they want to torture the person before they execute them which is going against international law.
