I have liked this guy for a while and i finally got the currage to ask him if i could go to lunch with him and we did well we ended up kissing and now when he sees me he gives me a big hug and a kiss. i know sounds like we are but we never do anything together all we do is hang out in his pickup at lunch he never calls me. i dont know but i really want to know!

No, dating first of all is not sitting in a truck at lunch, maybe he has a wife or a girlfriend. Maybe he just wants a friend to hang out with and get a little action on the side. You would need to sit down with him maybe at one of your little "lunch dates in da truck" things. Straight up ask him, Say how come you never call me? Would you like to go to dinner this friday night, or how about you invite him to your place and you make him dinner, thats a place you could get cozy and ask all the questions you want. WHY WHY WHY. And how come your kissing him back? What if he just thinks your easy? You need to ask him what his feelings for you are before you get yourself hurt!

You're not dating. You're the girl he kisses in his pickup at lunch.
It sounds like he's not going to take it to the next level. This is America girl and you are even with men, and you need to tell him what you want from him. Don't wait for him to make a move because he's probably not going to do it.

If he's a decent guy, he might just be taking it easy because he doesn't know exactly how you feel. If you want to date him, why not let him know your feelings? Ask him why he never calls you. You might want to check that he doesn't already have a girlfriend. Good luck.
