This is an internal wash for the vagina. You can buy them pre boxed but they are very perfumey and can cause yeast infection! So look for a mild one if you feel you need that. I am not sure why you might think you do.

In the medical sense it's when you fill the womans vagina with fluid to flush it out. In the non-medical sense...it's a douche (douche bag or bag of douche). Can't really explain that one...
