You need to have permission of the court and the state that you want to move to before you can begin to consider moving.

Only if it's approved by the court and/or probation officer. Best thing to do is call the probation officer and ask him/her about this. Each state's law's are not the same. If you leave the state and fail to appear or not present during a spot inspection a warrant can and most likely be issued.

The key word there is juvenile. Would you be moving with your parents? If so then I beleive so as long as the proper channels are done threw your court, I mean if you are a minor and your parents move can they really say no you can't go? I also think it depends on the terms of your probabtion and the state you are in and the one you are moving to.

Yes it can be done, but have to get permission first from the courts and probation officer. Then they like to know why your moving there as well. If it's job related they want that money if you have restitution to pay and it'll be granted easy, but if it's to be with a girl...or that you just want to relocate....don't expect the courts to grant it.

it is possible to move but you will have to get written permission of your current probation dept and an ok from the state you are moving to. Many states belong to a interstate compac but not all do

Yes you can move to a different state whaile on probation. But you have to go to your P.O. and apply for an Inter-State-Compact. You have to tell your PO what state and then you have to be accepted by the state you plan to move to.

You need to get permission of the court FIRST.
It IS possible....they can transfer your probation.....but do it legally or you'll just wind up in jail again.
