I usually kiss a girl in the first five minutes of a date so she doesn't have to think about it and makes everything better during the date. My suggestion is just do it, she's probably waiting on you.

Not to sound corny, but wait for a romantic moment. And you can either go for it or ask her. Asking shows more of respect. But sometimes a girl likes a guy that just goes for it. It's your call. But, you're sweet for waiting a month to kiss her. It means you care about her and you're not a pig.

close your eyes and move in slowly towards her lips. Make sure you don't drool and don't give her the tounge to fast... she might not want that on a first kiss. Good luck

just give her a kiss on the cheek, or like if your both really happy and can't stop smiling then pick her up and give it t her strait. don't stress, girls know when somethings bothering you, just keep your eyes open.
