Not to worry.
Maybe you should spend a little more effort in this case to lubricate her pipes first before using your tool. It might help you to access the pipe easier with your tool, after which you can get down to the business of cleaning those pipes really good.

Practice with her using a fake smaller viberating pipes and change the sizes of the different fake pipes working your way up.

you could consider outsourcing your job to someone with a smaller tool. the question is why you need to use your tool at all. why don't you use some kind of cleaner liquid? or better yet, explain everything to her by using an "oral presentation" :-)
