Easy, she's been lying to you and going behind your back and cheating emotionally on you. Just keep thinking about that every time you 'miss' her. Take a break and figure yourself out again. And then move onto the next girl.

time will heal all the pain that she has put you through......you just gotta take up other things to keep yourself occupied, you know take the opportunity to find new interests, hang out with your friends...whatever it is, just keep yourself busy, that way you wont be thinking about the break up and your ex-g/f so much...and slowly and surely you can move on, and get over your g/f and by that stage you will have learnt some valuable experiences from that relationship...just take it one day at a time

It will take time. Try to occupy yourself with other things. It won't be easy but it will get easier. You will be happier in the future when you meet someone who doesn't lie to you and appreciates you.
