I remember.
It will happen a few more times probably in your life
before you find the right one.
When one door closes another one will open, it always does.
Time does heal the heartache, may not seem like it now, but it will. I promise, it will get better and when your next love comes
you'll remember but without the ache you feel inside.
It's growing pains, but with out the risk of love you can't benefit it's rewards,
also the only difference between infatuationa nd love is time.
it's easy to fall in love and very hard to stay there. Love needs alot of nurturing and what you feel the first year oe two changes with time, The original passion and intensity mellows out and then a richer love and respect develop. it's give and take, patience, kindness, respect, sometimes compromise and trust and communication, sometimes it's backing off a little and it's being a friend enough to tell the truth.
there is also the romance and challange involved, whereas you don't want to go overboard and smother even if you feel that way, dont express it all at once and take the intrigue and wonder out of it. be thoughtful.
as I said give it time, choose carefully if your heart lets you when you commit to a one on one relationship

Ah My Son, tis noble indeed, to feel like you could die for love , but dying for love is for the books and not for young men because dying is so pemanent and not so good for young men like you. Many songs have been written on "Young love" (mostly Golden Oldies) and how they felt is the way you feel! Time will heal all wounds but you will never forget your first love. I am 50 yrs old and still remember mine and so will you. Tommorow the sun will still rise in the East, and the wind will still blow and the moon will still rise, and the stars will still twinkle and you will get over her in time but YOU WILL NEVER FORGET HER!!!

I hate to sound cliche, but it takes time and theres no way to speed up the moving on process. Keep busy and spend more time with friends. It must hurt because she didnt give you a reason, so there wasnt much closure, but you have to move on and you can move on without her.
