I believe you mean Silvadene Cream. Silvadene Cream 1% is applied directly to the skin. The cream is used along with other medications to prevent and treat wound infections in people with second- and third-degree burns. It is effective against a variety of bacteria as well as yeast and is often used to treat necrotic tissue damage.
It's prescription only so ask your doctor for it.

My daughter got bitten by a brown recluse and I used essentials oils of lavender, tea tree, helichrysm and then I would prepare a green clay with colloidal silver and tea tree oil. Her skin did not become severely necrotic, just real scaly looking. After the wound healed (on the back of her ankle) after about 45 days, I gave her an ion cleanse which pulls toxins from the body. She has never had any severe side effects and no more necrotic lesions. If you do not remove the venom you may have continued outbreaks in different areas. The ion cleanse and oils are extremely effective. The spider venom causes the are to become necrotic by suffocating the are. The essential oils keep the area highly oxygenated preventing complete necrosis plus they help fight infection. You need to apply the oils several times a day. The clay mask is just once a day which helps pull the venom. This treatment should be started immediately after being bitten. The longer you wait the faster the venom can spread. Look at the highway60.com bite site, it is all about brown recluse spider bites! Good Luck.

A brown recluse spider bite needs immediate medical attention.
A physician would have to treat the wound and prescribe the medication. You should be asking your doctor for treatment instead of asking on Yahoo Answers.

Don't waste your time! Get to a hospital emergency room. You can be in big trouble. There is a toxin in the venom that will eat your flesh and you wil require skin grafting to cover it. Treatment must be begun as soon as possible. If you wait, you could get infected and that escalates into even more problems. Do yourself a favor and be seen NOW.
