Nope. I have had two placed at the same time and have had ZERO pain from the procedure. Granted I had my implants placed by an oral surgeon who used IV sedation, but I had virtually no pain after the procedure. If you don't have IV sedation the only discomfort you should have is from the initial injections to get you numb. Many people find this the most uncomfortable part of dentistry so If you are nervous ask your dentist about nitrous oxide or valium before the procedure to help you relax. You should be very pleased with the results. If you have good dental care at home eg. brushing and flossing everyday, then your implant should last a long time. I would highly rec'd them to anyone who needs to replace missing teeth. Less work to deal with than a bridge or a removable partial. Go for it.

Yes it does. Just like pulling teeth. The most pain you will feel is . Most insurance company's don't cover this. I think it's better to get implants then dentures. Looks more like your own.

Dental implant is very safe nowadays. It is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Eye surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as dental surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Dental and Lasik Surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare .She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. Hope this helps

I had this done on two teeth and I am not going to lie it was uncomfortable for about a week to a week and half but they give you lots meds to help with pain so its not unbearable. You will be fine and it looks so nice when its all done its totally worth the pain for a little bit!

GOOD LUCK
