me and my brothers and sisters are going through a hard time right now, we're in an orphanage! It's 2:43 am, i'm going to bed soon, if I can get any sleep, anyway, my 13 year old brother's name is Ashura, but he likes being called Ash, mainly because people tease him cause they think his name sounds like a 's name, i don't think he does, but that just makes me upset and him to, he won't talk to anyone right now, cause everytime he says something, someone else has to say something to make him feel worse, what should I do? We have no friends to turn to, please can anyone else me out! i'm just a kid, so I can't do very much to help him, that's how I feel! I feels useless! Like I can't do anything, so i need help, and no one in my family cares about what's going on, what should I do, please tell me and if you want you can send me an e-mail telling me what i should do! Thanks to all those who give great advice!

Ash is a really cool name. You're going to have to band together. People generally make fun of other people because they don't feel good about themselves or others. And frankly it's tough being in an orphanage. You have to remember there are a lot of kids that feel pretty bad about their life and family situations.
So know that everyone is going through the same crap you all are. Some kids just hide it better. Hang in there and keep your chin up.

You two need to stick together and know that you guys will always be the ones there for each other. I like the name Ashura, my friends name is Ashu, that's cool. You need to tell him, and you need to realize that when people say things to make people feel bad, are not good people. Just stick together. You know the truth inside and thats all the matters.

You and your brother just need to stick together and be there for each other. Find things to do to keep busy and try to find things that you have in common with the other kids. I'm sure once the others get to know you two, they will see how great you are,

But Ash is cool too......I am sorry you guys are in a hard place right now, and I think its great your together, to help each other.
It would be really bad, if you all were not.
I think you should except the name 'Ash'...too, it cool...and just be there for him, and have a smile for him...tell him you love him no matter what!Just care for him, and you don't have to say much anyway...a hug is cool, and a smile cool too...Just let him know, your there for him no matter what!....be strong, and in time things have a way of working out....believe me....BIG HUG TO YOU!!! Your role in your family is the parental figure. Guess what? You can't help everyone and it isn't your job to help everyone even if it is your brother or sister. I understand you feel powerless because of your situation. This will pass. Feelings come and go. You won't always feel this way. Pray for strength. Go toward Jesus and he will deliver you and take care of you.

Sorry to hear about your situation. But the thing you need to do is keep your small family together. Family is your biggest strength you have right now. Just keep listening to your brother. Let him know you are there for him and your sisters.
