when is it fair game to kick a guy where it counts?

there is a possibility that my son is going to get kicked in the balls by a girl tomorow. on friday he grabbed a girl at his bustop's chest and ran off. and he's only 12! to impress his freinds maybe? she told a freidn who told my daughter that when she sees him she's going for the balls. i don't know if she's serious or not, but it has my son spooked. he wants me to let him stay home from school. i offered to call the school and/ or her mother, but - amazingly he prefers to accept his fate to the social consequecnes of my call.

so my questions are -

1. is he old enough to be getting a boot to the berries for the frist time?

2. if she does it, is it a fair response?

Well, as he may have done it to impress his friends,this may be one of the lessons he's going to have to learn the hard way. Turn about is only fair play, and she's probably going to do it to prove something to him. It may be hard for you as a mother to bear, but think about it... if he were out on a date and he pissed a woman off, would you be there to hold the umbrella over his head when she poured her drink on him? Just let him "man up" and take his punishment. You'll be doing him a bigger justice this way. :-)

It is never appropriate for a girl/woman to hit or kick a boy/man in the balls. How would women like to be hit/kicked in the privates by men? The "only" time this would be acceptable is if your life was in danger or you were being attacked by someone. You can permanently injure someone if you were to hit him there. The sperm count may be affected, the person may find it harder to get or maintain an erection, etc.

I dont think he deserved to get kicked their because he probably didnt know any better. But you should ground him for a little while to learn his lesson because guys i know do that to some girls, and it is very disrespectful because they know not to do it.

Once I saw a question here from a girl that kicked a boy for fun and he was down for 10 minutes and pale(which is much more serious in every way than the grab thing), and he was looking for her to get revenge, and the answers she got was to buy a pepper spray and kick him in the balls when he tries to get back, etc, TALKING ABOUT DOUBLE STANDARDS!

Old enough? Are you his Mother, than you must not allow this to happen, it is too serious. Girls tease boys all the time too, you know. Some facts about testicle trauma:
-It may cause the victim to throw up.
-It may cause the victim to passout.
-It may cause “testicular torsion”, by initiating a muscle spasm; this is rare but is a medical emergency, testicular torsion may not happen immediately after the trauma.

-Ironically, if someone is trying to kill you or rape you, probably is expecting that defense from you, and so you will not be able to kick him.
You also have the right to use that defense if you are attacked by a STRANGER, and NO ONE ELSE IS AROUND, you never know his intentions. But you have no right to use that defense if you are attacked by a stranger or not, in a place where are other people around, like in school, or at home with your family, or in a bar, etc.
-This is becoming too popular, specially in schools, girls get sexually aroused by that!. Women look sweet, but…….they are very mean and cruel by nature, they just try to hide it, it is very sad. Lucky for women men are not very vindictive like women are, and men are not very aggressive towards women like women are towards men, in fact men are very protective towards women.
