i can never seem to keep up.. i dont know why
i try to drink water when i can but i cant seem to get to normal
maybe im just fine but im trying to fill a viod or something
i dont know lol what do u think?

Drink water.. stay away from drinks that are high in sodium, only drink gatorade if you are working out because it has alot of sodium in it and it will make you retain water in your body, so i would say stick with the plain old water ...

I like to consume 1 or 2 gallons of Gatorade while working out in the field. However, on the way back to the office, 2 or 3 cold beers do the trick.

Watch out for drinks with caffeine...avoid teas and sodas, they make ya worse than when you started! Also, watermelon is a diuretic, you might want to stay away from them as well.

When I exercise I have one of the little bottles of gatorade there waiting for me. That seems to help A LOT and then, follow up with some water.

Salty foods will help keep you hydrated with the water. Drink Gatorade also.

Drink gatorade and try the crystal light to go things they rock. They even have sugar free kool-aid. There are several things similar to the crystal light things also. they flavor water without all the cals and sugar.

Try eating fruits, such as watermelons since they contain a lot of water.

Be sure to lay off of sugary soda or other drinks. They just make you feel more thirsty.

yoghurt mixed with water keeps one hydrated for a long time(salty or sweet)any, which ever you like.
