use an all natural mild shampoo and conditioner. dont use any crimpers or heat styling for about 3 months. i did this for 20 days and my hair grew an inch and a half. be sure to shower daily with the natural/herbal stuff and try to keep your hair down most of the time. have the shampoo and conditioner have jojoba oil which they say helps with hair growth. use a deep conditining mask for the damage. i recommend: beyond the zone last call hair masque. u can get it at any sally beauty supply, but no where else not even internet. this really helps a lot. the garnier shampoo and conditoner i dont believe helps it but it does make your hair a lot stronger and really helps with hair falling out during the day when you use the shampoo and conditioner, but i still suggest the all natural products.

looking after ur hair is barely 10% relied on what shampoo u use, if u use ANY shampoo regularly, like usual - ur hair won't strengthen and could be all spiltty. i contemporary in all my 25 years the quickly shampoo is the main effectual, garnier long and strong is a very sturdy shampoo and has a very sturdy pass away in conditioner it works as an anti breakage too, in spite of the indisputable fact that they do have anti breakage line additionally at Garnier

firstly get a good hair cut to get rid of the split ends. i suggest get any good shampoo, and conditioner. eat vitamin b complex tablets, try to include fish in your diet. twice a week put extra virgin olive oil on your hair and scalp.

regarding garnier long and strong, i haven't used it, but i think its just a name. it might make your hair stronger so it doesnt break, and hence it will grow longer.

Keep your ends trimmed regularly so they don't split up even further. (which would make your hair shorter) Also, try and rest a while from using your hair crimpers so your hair become healthy again.

yes , garnier fructis does make ur hair stronger but it didnt really help me with growth...............my hair is EXTRA thick though. u should keep ur split ends trimmed and try using a good conditioner to keep splitends from reoccuring. granier fructis also helps with repairing damaged hair. TRY IT !!!!!!

If you cut your hair now it may grow more. I have not used the product but I don't think it works. Its okay if you cut it more shorter than you want. remember it will grow back.
