She said that she was getting money back for beer I never repayed her for. She drank some of the beer anyway. I slapped her around for stealing. Can I sue her?

Well, I don't think you can sue her, if anything you can file charges on her for theft, but she can do more harm to you she can file charges on you for assault. If it was me I would just let it go, she did pay for the beer, whether you told her you would repay her for it or not, she should have left you hand her the money instead of getting in your wallet, but if I was her I would not be with you any more, cause slapping her around for this is just a sign of the way you are and I wouldn't want to be a part of it.

For one, how dare you lay your hands on a girl! You are the one that should be sued, or arrested for hitting her!
She should not have gotten into your wallet, but it sounds to me like you have issues! You can not tell me that you did not drink the beer that was around at the time, maybe that is why you do NOT remember it!

well... she is really sketchy for taking the beer money out of your wallet. She could have just asked you for it, but the fact that you "slapped her around" makes me believe that she took it because your an *** hole.. and thats probably the only way she would have gotten it back. I know guys like you.. you ask to borrow money for beer then offer us one and then dont pay us back! that makes you an *** hole like I said before.. anyway.. thats my theory. No you cant sue her for a six pack of bud!... how old are you?

Tell your buddy. Turn her in to the police. If this is her character, you're doing your friend a service by getting such a horrible low woman out of his life.

You can try and sue, but you'd lose a lot more money than whatever she took in court fees. Plus, she could have you arrested for abuse, and I hope she does, you are horrible.

She could have you arrested for slapping her. Regardless of her act, you had no right to hit her.
If you wanted Justice, you could have filed criminal charges for larceny when she took the money.
From your attitude, your probably both under age drinkers.

you should of never slapped your girlfriend around,its against the law to hit a woman.you should of gave her back her money you owed her and this kind of thing would of never happened.Your g/f can put you in jail for slapping her around.For asking to sue your g/f thats a laugh.

I think you shouldn´t have slap her, that was SO not right, of course it was wrong from her to steal your money and you should run away from someone like that, she is obviously untrustworthy. But please, for your own good don´t ever do that to a girl again.

yes, but you'll lose, because if i was her I could sue you for "slapping me around". but i always thought in a relationship that "my money is your money", grow up, she prolly took a few bucks or something, big deal. get some real problems, shes your GF after all
