GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourishair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results

This product works like anything I've ever used on my hair!!
I just finished Chemotherapy on July 12th.. of course the results of the chemo caused me to lose all of my hair, so I wanted to find something that would make my hair grow back quickly.
My husband is from India and he told me about a product that Indian women use on their hair and he has also used it in the past.
The growth is amazing and it really works!! My hair is coming back so fast, beautiful and thick. It's also very shiny and smooth...
You can only get it at an Indian Grocery Store.. or an Indian Store.
It's called ::
Amla Oil.... It's actually made out of a fruit, gooseberries..
The smell is nice, and it's very reasonably priced...
Best of luck

Try Mane 'N Tail haircare products. I use their Carrot Oil and Olive oil Cream while i message my scalp and their shampoo and conditioners and leave-in conditioner. It really help promote hair growth. you want 2 - 3 inches in 30 days, nothing will do that. Maybe 1/2 inch at the most.

i'd be honest, your hair received't develop tremendous quick (i have tried!) yet reckoning on the way you form for hair, in case you merely wash it and depart it, then thats the most proper ingredient you could do for it. Deep situation it each and every 3 or more beneficial days counting on if its damages or no longer, and take each day supplementations. I heard Fish oil change into quite strong yet have not gotten a carry of it yet. eat precise, drink an excellent variety of water, and SLEEP! i tried all this, and my hair grew 7 inches in 6 months. Or attempt clip in extensions in case you won't be able to wait that lengthy. (I have them and love them!)
