Go to local real estate or the location where the beach house is and have them put it on their listings.
I was searching for one in California.
I am currently in search of one in Hawaii now we changed our destination.

I would say that even though you just did it here, try and get yourself registered to advertise on some of the more larger Bride Magazines. Check around with local wedding Boutiques and see can you leave brochures/flyers there. Also check with the florists, djs and whatever other wedding professionals are in the area- some dont mind to advertise for others as long as they are being advertised too by you (by jotting their name in one of your brochures as a possible link for people to check out). Here on Yahoo answers most likely wont net you the customer traffic you may want or desire, so aim high.
