Unless she went back to her maiden name address with her deceased husbands name. He may be dead but I'm sure she knows you know.

You should use whichever name she is using. If she has reverted back to her former name, use that one; if she is still using her deceased husband's name (as that is still her legal name until she marries again) then use that one.
