I'm sure there are tons of other ways to "live life to its fullest" than worrying about whether you're going to regret your decision on "what size of pizza" you should order....no?
If you want to live a long content life, perhaps considering something less fattening and low in calories may be the wisest choice. Eating unhealthy may be your biggest regret in the future...

How about not eating unhealthy and greasy food. Just pick something ells like fruits and vegetables. If you can’t help yourself with Pizza, choose the smaller one and try ordering Pizza that has the all vegetarian.

let the pizza aside... try a salad, it's good also don't you think? you're watchin your weight? do not eat oily things and an XL pizza? c'mon, for the night you should eat light, first of all it's good for a paisible sleep and to avoid taking too much weight...

i get what you mean. but i've recently realized that for me...i eat too much food because it tastes so good. but i don't have to stuff myself with it because of it. have a small taste to satisfy yourself..but don't indulge because you really don't need it. i say, try a medium pizza with a salad and alternate between bites. that way...you get the taste satisfaction but you'll also be full from the salad. and don't forget to chew slowly! it helps digest and will give you the sensation of being fuller faster.

dude....just go for the XXXXXXL pizza extra , two dozen wings extra bacon and sausage, two dozen brownie box dipped in left over baking lard, extra hot peppers on the side to wash it down and how about a five gallon drum of wendy's chocolate frosty to help clog the old ticker....don't want it pumping out too much blood through it. might over work itself
