make a schedule when he can play and for how long. You should also put some conditions (finish Homework, cleaned room) before he can play.

After making the schedule stick to it.

what is the maple story? whatever story it is, if he is very addicted to it now ,he'll get bored with it soon. So forget about it, you'll see it coming.

he'll get bored of it eventually
after like 5 or so months =)
