Well you have a couple options...
1. Screaming usually is a pretty thoughtless way of showing anger, or a strong negative emotion. If you must scream, use a pillow. It'll do less damage on your ears....
2. Why do you feel you need to scream to release that negative energy? Mabye the simple things like counting to ten, jumping up and down, etc. can help.
3. Turn your negative energy into positive energy. Do something you like! Turning your feelings of hate around and doing something you love is a great theraputic tool.
4. If worst comes to worst, there's always therapy classes for how to deal with anger.
Hope that helped. Good luck!

Yes, it can work wonders...if you're alone. Not too practical at school or work, however. It's helped me before when I was home alone and just absolutely rageful.
Just one caution: your vocal cords. You could damage them with extended screaming sessions, so it's best to keep it at singing volume at least most of the time.
I've screamed and couldn't stop before, but it only lasted 30 minutes. I'm sure there are worse things I could have done. It was usually something I did when I was so angry I wanted to cry.

Anger is an emotion and sometimes that could be a release of the energy that is building. Emotions can be controlled sometimes by taking a very deep breath by breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. That is part of a self relaxing method tought to those who have problems controlling there anger. THen remove yourself from the thing that made you angry until you can think clearly and remain calm

That's why I don't scream...i might not stop. but you can give it a shot and you might just end up in the Guinness(?) book of world records for the longest person ever to scream because they are mad,

Go ahead and scream and don't worry about not stopping. You'll stop, eventually, and everyone within earshot will know enough not to stop trying your patience.

ha ha that'd be funny, just starting screaming like amad man and don't stop. i suppose you could do it if you lived out in the woods or country. it probably would feel better, try it.
