So 100 miles a day=$39.00.

Depends on the condition he drives! If he drives like crazy, he's going to get less milage! But my questions is this; Why is he driving your' auto???

that depends on your company policy. my current employer reimburses at .39 cents per mile although the federal government standard is higher.

right now i think IRS allowed amount is 44.5 cents per mile.
