Well.. I really want to horse race or do horse shows... But im only 11! I dont have a horse... but I want to do horse shows and stuff. I am a great rider. I read books on horses and know what to do and everything. Does anyone have like any suggestions on how i could start horse raceing or doing horse shows?

Find a Breeding Farm or Stable close to you & ask about becoming an apprentice. You will be cleaning stalls & tack & learning the ins & outs of the business. You will need your parents permission if the foreman or ranch manager says yes & your parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver stating that they will be responsible for any of your injuries (in case it happens). Start by putting the word out that you are interested in learning the trade at your local feed store, vet office, farrier, even ask at the truck stop.
