Sure... praying to God when they're in trouble. But that would be a good thing!

A moral act? Since atheists believe that morality is a good thing, then any moral act agrees with them. It really depends on which acts you consider moral and which immoral. Most Christians believe abortion and stem cell research are immoral, but most atheists don't. The world can't sustain an indefinite population and if the parent doesn't want the child, then the child is going to grow up to be a bad person since it's parents didn't want it in the first place but were forced to keep it.

I'm not sure how anyone doing a Moral act would be considered hypocritical. A hypocrite is one who claims to be a certain way or to follow certain rules and then doesn't. Or a person who tells another "this is moral... do it" yet does not do it themselves. Doing a moral act doesn't make one a hypocrite.

Atheists are genuinely highly ethical. I think most of us take very seriously two laws to live by:
1) Treat others as you would want to be treated.
2) Be true to yourself.
A hypocrit is someone who espouses moral laws and then doesn't live by them. So, if I treat others in ways that I would not want to be treated, or if I wasn't true to my core beliefs, then I would be a hypocrit.

saying, "God bless you."
Or even saying GD.
I thought of more to reply with. I admit that I've never met a true atheist. After saying a few words back and forth, it always turns out that they are an agnostic rather than atheist. I know it sounds kinda funky but for real.

I don't believe in atheists. In my eyes, those who claim to be atheists are simply liars, thus they are all hypocrites. That doesn't mean that we haven't all been hypocritical.
However, we all have the ability to repent.

Wishing someone a 'Merry Christmas'.
Or, giving someone a 'Christmas present'.
Of course, these are hypocritical acts for 'Christians' as well.

Athiest is a term refering to not believing in god, mainly from the catholic and therefor christian religions. It has nothing to do with morals. Get off your crosses and realize that not all non-belivers are imm oral murderers and rapist. Athiests are not evil, they jst have different beliefs.

When they believe in something without proof.
Many atheists say they don't believe in God because there's no proof. (so they say)
So when they believe in someone or something without 'proof', then they are being hypocritical.

I would not take on the role of godparent -- I have been asked. It would not be right because a godparent is supposed to be involved in the religious upbringing of the child and I could not be.
