Contrary to popular opinion, there is enough Earth to feed all the people today. It isn't managed that efficiently. While the population is growing, people are still dying everyday. Besides, I doubt people would want to be sterilized by force. If so, I suggest moving to China.

Right now, I believe that there is enough food. The food is just highly concentrated in specific parts of the world. If it were equally spread out, then there would be enough. In the future though, we're going to have to do something. I know in China you are only allowed to have a certain number of children. You go to prison if you have more. In the future I'm pretty sure this is how it will be in every country. If we just allow people to have as many kids as they want, then there will be wars over limited resources due to overpopulation.

The Christians won't believe this though. They'll think that Jesus will come back before the world gets crowded so we shouldn't worry about it. This is why religion is bad.

This planet produces more than enough food to feed everybody but the governments and commercial giants say; you don't eat if you can't pay. Greed for the almighty dollar rules.

No, because then we'd all have so much much sex that the STD epidemic would infect even the groundwater.

Also, real estate prices would drop WAY too far if there were less people looking for houses. That would suck.

Rather than that, I think more people should consider adopting children already born on the planet that don't have homes. Believe me, there are plenty.
