Yes, if you're going with titles like Mr. and Mrs. Dr. and Mrs. is correct. Is the wife a Doctor or other kind of professional? If so then it would of course be Dr. and Dr.

Yes you do. the" Dr" is put in front of thire name just as you would put "Mr","Mrs" or "Miss" so instead of to Mr and Mrs,you would put to Dr and Mrs so and so. But if you know them presonly more then just your Denist you would address it to Mr and Mrs or, just thier first names.

I call my dentist John since I have been seeing him since the 60's.
Dr and Mrs will do fine.
