well shes not exactly potty trained if she wont poop in the toilet lol..

First of all.. buy her a potty seat that fits over the toilet.. one that has a smaller hole .. she could have a fear of falling in.. (urinating doesnt take straining and is usually a quick action) so she could fear sitting there for a long time and having to balance herself..

If that situation is already solved.. then try the reward system.. we use to buy little trinket stuff from the dollar store.. things that had alot in one package.. and made a prize box.. if they went number 2 in the toilet they got a prize.. and make a huge deal about it when she does.. tons of praises which will make her want to do it again..

This is a very common thing for a child to urinate in the toliet but to mess in their pants.. so ur child isnt abnormal or anything its just a matter of making ur child feel comfortable with the action..

Make her feel good about it.

My sister's boyfriend was watching Nanny 911 one day and got an idea from watching what the nanny did. My nephew simply refused to go potty so this turned out to be a great idea.

Every time the nephew went to the potty, he got a gold star. When he had 30 gold stars, my sister and her boyfriend took my nephew to the dollar store and let him pick out any toy he wanted.

He was trained in two days and has only had two accidents in the last 4 months.

Try it, it will work. Sometimes those tv shows are simply brilliant.

First of all when you are having a heart to heart and she feels like she can tell you things that scare her find out if the water flushing does it or what. When she does you can praise her and high five her and flush the toilet together, bye-bye-poop in a happy tone. These are things that I have known have worked for others I have knownRemain calm with them about this issue or yyou will have a giant monster on your hands. Keep seeking for other answers that will work k

If there is something that we really likes say if you dont go poop on the toilet i will take that away. and give her small rewards when she starts going on the toilet. When she does it all the time give back that thing that she really likes. Or if she has an older brother or sister that does things that she likes tell her if she starts pooping in the toilet she can do those things. for ex. My brother likes to play games with me and my other brother, but we say he cant play until he learns his abc. before u no it he learned them! ( now we r stuck playing with him all the time lol) I hope this helps.

The only way my son started going is that one day he did it by accident in the potty. My sister got my neice to go by putting the potty chair behind the couch, that's where she always went to poop. Good luck.

This is actually quite common. Don't worry about it. You have to have the usual incentives, things like the "potty dance" or in your case the "poopoo dance". You can check this out with the Super Nanny book and other child behavior sites. No need to worry. Good luck.

Then stop forceing her. That might be the problem. When u go u need to take her in there and just do your thing and ask her if she needs to go.If she doesn't then carry on with whatever u were doing.Next time just say mommy needs to go potty will you come with me? Then when your going ask her if she would like to do what mommy is doing? Kids love to imitate their parents.Hopefully she will go ...Good luck

poop happens and when she is ready to poop in the toilet she will, let her take it at her on pace and maybe she's just an uptight pooper and there are many out there. my daughter can only poop at home and when traveling is frequently contipated. and my son can poop anywhere. let your daughter find out her spot....

you need to give her reason to poop in the potty. If you do and give hera reward after then she will make it a habit.
