Instead of using ice cream or yogurt, you could use sorbet or maybe dairy free ice cream.......

particular, i have made smoothies without those elements each and each of the time! My in demand recipe is: a million cup of milk 2 tablespoons of nesquik chocolate powder a huge dollop of honey a million banana mixture and enjoy :) yet a mixture of mango, kiwi, fruit juice, and milk (for that reason, i'd say do not even use the milk) would flavor large too. the finished element about smoothies is that you'll continually upload extra of something if it would not flavor perfect yet.

Freeze the fruit that you want to put in the smoothie.Put it in the blender with fruit juice, like fresh orange or carrot juice. You could also use soy "milk',if you like.Blend it all together and and put it into a glass you've chiled in the freezer for at least an hour.Take yourself to a "kind spot" and enjoy.

Blend fruit juice like (fruit punch) with frozen fruit or fresh and ice. Use the concentrated fruit juice if available.
