I just turned 15 this September. and this guy I like will be turning 18 in may. In PA is legal to be dating him?

Not really legal, If you have sex he could be charges with a rape charge by the police even if your parents approved. or you married(in most states).
When you get 18 and he is 21 than you are not too young for him. But as of now it;s illegal.

no its legal as long as you arent doing anything. And you should date some one your own age because a guy that old and you being so young the only thing he is going to want is to get into your pants.

wait if u really like him same thing hapend to one of my friends but he was 21 she was 15 but the cops found out about it and he got some major touble he was close to 40 years in prison so take it slow
