Crunches to build and tone the muscle in the area, and aerobics to lower your body fat. Of course, you're 19 so you will see your adult metabolism coming in the next years. Keep your energy up - stay active, whether it's running with your dog or joining a sports team. (Try soccer, it's how I do it!)

Oh, and as for diet, do three things. Drink plenty of water, watch your portions, and avoid sugar. Other than that, don't stress on diet. Seriously! Food is fuel, nothing more and nothing less. If you take in less fuel than you are putting out in energy, you will lose weight.

~~My sense of reponsibility forces me to add that getting proper nutrients is vital to your health, but that's easy too; just eat plenty of fresh foods and dairy and stay away from prepared crap.

Maintain a healthy diet, but cut back on the fat content in your food. Eat less bread, potatoes, rice, and pasta. Drink more water. Start a daily exercise routine with both aerobic exercise and stretching to tone and condition the body.
