I was in a relationship to and moved to toronto .. it was hard to get the person off of my mind but i got over it .. you never stopt hinking about the person as hard as you want to .. the memory will always be there !You'll see something that reminds you of her or something .. but you wiill move on .. and meet new people and friends .. and another person .

Sorry to hear you are having nightmares about that relationship still.
