"Sneezing is caused by irritation to the mucous membranes of the nose or throat. It can be very bothersome, but is generally not a sign of a serious problem."
There are stories that if you look directly at the sun it will cause you to sneeze. More true is that you will burn your retinas.
Your sneezing is probably a reaction to pollens found outside your home.

Whenever I walk outside I sometimes sneeze from the sun, I can't explain it, it's weird. You could have allergies too.

This is actually pretty common. What actually is happening, is the tiny muscles in your sinus under your eyes constrict when you reflex-squint as the light becomes brighter (coming from inside out into sunlight, generally) and this reflex triggers the tickling sensation in the nasal cavity that makes you sneeze.

You may have allergies. Does it only happen during certain the spring and summer? Do you get a stuffy nose and watery eyes too? Ask your doctor about it. I use Benadryl daily. That helps my allergies.
