A decision of immigration mostly comes after long study and searching and thinking. Thus, many persons from poor country like you said may refuse to go to some country else, like America, cause of the negative information he may aquired from his research or perhaps he is religious and he fears to lose it in a non-religious country like America.

It is not money people always seek, some times they looking forward a better kind of life even with little income, or better social or professional rank he couldn't get in his country.

Maybe you should also ask the question"Why would a person living in a country full of poverty, disease & wars refuse an opportunity to migrate FROM USA?"

These people have no idea what it means to live in sub-human conditions fighting for the chance to survive. Some brain child said they should just get a better education...as if that were possible!! The majority of the people who answer have no idea what it is like for 80% of the world. They have never left their little towns, states or country. Go see how the world lives and then you will know why people will beg, borrow, and steal for a chance to live under the worst American conditions...for most people it is paradise.

Not asking them to not do it. Just asking them to do it LEGALLY.

And if their country is full of that, then MAYBE they should do something to change the situations in their country.

The other thing that people that are for illegal immigration conveniently forget about is that if we continue to allow people to just flow into this country without regulation, then all of the things plaguing them in their country of origin will happen here. The US does not have an endless amount of resources, space, jobs and money. Allowing just everyone to come into this country as they choose will use up all we have, and then what is going to happen? Are they then going to be finding another country to use up? And what are we - the LEGAL PEOPLE in the United States - going to do?

nicely, enable say miraculously I change right into a billionaire, possibly i will purchase some farms in New Zealand and stay quitely there. yet I received't change citizenship although and my very last breath must be in Malaysia. White Dove, I lived in NZ for 3 years. I agree many Malays ought to flow there to boot coz throughout the time of my time there, a lot of my non-non secular, nightclub going, liqour eating, non-praying Malay Muslim acquaintances grew to change into to be pious Muslims after 2-3 years. do not ask, i'm perplexed myself. i wager non secular freedom and far of temptations can make us a extra ideal Muslim.

Heck no, I wouldn't!!! What I would do is go to my nearest U.S embassy and learn about getting here legally. I don't want my first act in a country to be against the law. Plus, it's a lot less dangerous to go legally, I wouldn't have to hide and lie all the time, and I wouldn't get deported(unless I really screwed up and did something criminal here). While I was waiting, I would do my best to start learning English. Good things are worth waiting for and there are alot more people in the world whose problems could be alot bigger than mine!

Why wouldn't they do it LEGALLY is the real question......and I'd like to ask you now, if the country is so bad that they have to "migrate" to America, why do they still wave that country's flag? If we're providing them such a better opportunity, why not wave our flag? Learn our language? Pay taxes? Embrace our culture? Why do they force a culture on us that DROVE THEM AWAY in the first place?

Why don't you sit on that for a while?

There are two things to consider....
Out of respect for the country you are wanting to enter, do so legally.
Secondly, fix the country of origin....rid the government of corruption. There will be less poverty, therefore less disease and less war.

Legally? Perhaps they wouldn't. Otherwise, because they would be breaking a law and taking advantage of services they were not supposed to be taking - in other words stealing.

Why, are you saying that all people from those countries think it is ok to steal from others?
